Whether taking direction from provided design intent or creating an environment from concept to completion, the appropriate details, materials, and construction methods are documented to generate a buildable set of drawings. While the drawings are the final output, we consult and advise on issues such as; constructibility, coordination of equipment and hardware, lead time for specialty items, security of merchandise, installation sequence, coordinating the design intent with existing site conditions, relationship of multiple materials and how they interact, power and ventilation requirements, key room and access, material selection, maintaining the fixture, and building methods. Issues that are addressed and anticipated are; how does the customer interact with the fixture and merchandise, is it part of a larger remodel, new construction, or it is a retrofit that needs special attention, is it shipped knocked down or fully assembled, how is it installed and by who, and are there assembly directions or instruction required?
